📋 Description

• Provide technical support to global Product Technical Support Tier I, II, and VI teams and Field Sales & Service organizations to resolve complex technical issues • Provide technical support for the New Product Introduction (NPI) team and create and maintain instructional literature • Provide day-to-day technical support to key accounts and Product Technical Support Tiers II and VI globally via site visits, phone, fax, or email • Create and maintain technical service bulletins and service letters, working with the publishing team in Cork, Ireland • Drive product reliability through the Continuous Improvement Process for existing and newly introduced products • Support quality and engineering teams in improving overall lifecycle cost • Assist with test plans for new and existing product equipment offerings • Create novel, measurable-value solutions for customers and internal stakeholders • Analyze problems and opportunities, evaluate alternatives, and make timely decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field • 8+ years of experience with power electronics • Experience with starters and variable speed drives • Ability to analyze and solve complex product power electronic problems • Experience creating and maintaining technical documents or manuals • Preferred: experience with power electronics associated with HVAC&R products
