📋 Description
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers, referral partners, and real estate professionals • Consult with borrowers to understand financing goals and recommend mortgage solutions • Structure loans using conventional, government, jumbo, Non-QM, and specialty products • Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application through closing • Partner with the dedicated LOA and in-house processing team to deliver an exceptional client experience • Grow the business through referrals, networking, and company-generated opportunities • Stay current on lending guidelines, market trends, and regulatory requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Active NMLS license • Proven success originating residential mortgage loans • Existing referral relationships or desire to actively build a strong pipeline • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines • Ability to work independently while leveraging support from an experienced operations team • Experienced-level background indicated by the posting
