📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and deliver strategic initiatives and moderate-complexity projects on time, within scope, and on budget • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment • Develop and manage project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk mitigation • Drive accountability across project teams and ensure milestones and quality deliverables are achieved • Serve as primary liaison between project teams, business units, and executive stakeholders • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and decision-making sessions • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or concerns • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead issue resolution • Contribute to PMO processes, tools, and templates to improve project delivery and team efficiency • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to Project Manager I team members • Maintain project documentation, including charters, requirements, plans, and status reports • Track and report KPIs, project health metrics, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, Management Information Systems, or similar degree; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • PMP or similar level certification • 4+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility and project complexity • Advanced understanding of project management principles and PMI terminology, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder management • Ability to lead cross-functional projects with moderate complexity and ambiguity • Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight • Experience working in matrixed or cross-functional environments • Ability to navigate ambiguity and change • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills • Master’s degree in relevant field preferred • Healthcare experience preferred
