GoHealth Urgent Care is a healthcare provider that offers on-demand urgent care services both in-person and virtually. 📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and deliver moderate-complexity strategic projects across multiple functional areas • Develop and manage project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk mitigation • Manage projects from initiation through closure, including projects with new structures or higher complexity and ambiguity • Drive accountability, milestones, and quality deliverables across project teams • Act as primary liaison between project teams, business units, and executive stakeholders • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and decision-making sessions • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or concerns • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead issue resolution • Contribute to PMO processes, tools, and templates • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to Project Manager I team members • Maintain project documentation, including charters, requirements, plans, and status reports • Track and report KPIs, project health metrics, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, Management Information Systems, or similar degree required; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • PMP or similar level certification required • 4+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility and project complexity • Professional services and/or healthcare experience preferred • Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred • Advanced understanding of PMI project management principles, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder management • Ability to lead moderately complex, cross-functional projects with ambiguity • Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies • Experience selecting and tailoring project management approaches • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and competing priorities • Experience in matrixed or cross-functional environments • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills • Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills
