📋 Description
• Conduct intake evaluations and initiate MAT (primarily buprenorphine-based treatment) • Deliver care via telemedicine across multiple markets, expanding access to treatment • Support patients intensively during weeks 1–4, ensuring safe and successful treatment initiation • Collaborate with counselors, care teams, and medical leadership to transition patients into ongoing care • Provide clinical coverage and support across provider teams as needed • Contribute to new care model innovations and service line development
🎯 Requirements
• MD/DO, NP (FNP or APRN), or PA with an active, unrestricted license • Experience treating OUD with buprenorphine (1+ year preferred) • Background in behavioral health, primary care, or addiction medicine • Comfort with telemedicine and technology-enabled care delivery • Commitment to compassionate, recovery-oriented, patient-centered care • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (supported by Groups)
