Groups Recover Together is a recovery support organization that specializes in helping individuals regain control of their lives from substance use disorders, particularly focusing on opioid recovery. They offer fast access to Suboxone treatment and provide a range of support options, including in-person and virtual treatment, while accepting insurance and Medicaid. 📋 Description

• Answer all calls within established guidelines in a welcoming, energetic manner • Explain organizational structure and program criteria to prospective and current members • Provide informed answers to clinical questions and ensure requests are completed • Initiate client Biopsychosocial Assessments using motivational interviewing techniques to determine program eligibility • Schedule initial intake appointments using the EMR • Facilitate seamless client intake and coordinate no-shows with clinic coordinators • Act as a member liaison for prospective and current member calls • Provide a positive experience and develop therapeutic rapport with clients • Work a minimum of 3 company holidays per year and a minimum of 2 company mental health days per year • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate's degree preferred • Minimum 1-year experience in human services/healthcare or a customer service professional role • Access to reliable internet and telephone services • Internet service with at least 10M download and 5M upload, plus a strong WiFi signal • Must meet pre-employment requirements and maintain applicable state and job-related background-screening guidelines • May be required to complete fingerprinting, drug testing, health screening, CPR/Basic First Aid, and license/credential verifications depending on state-specific requirements • Friendly, clear, warm, and effective phone communication • Critical thinking and judgment skills • Enthusiasm to learn best practices for treating opioid dependency • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Strong telecommunication skills and comfort using multiple IT systems, applications, and tools • Strong customer service orientation • Ability to work independently under general supervision • Ability to understand and adhere to the Code of Conduct • Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls efficiently • Compassion and empathy for people navigating difficult health situations
