📋 Description

• Serve exclusively as a Collaborating Physician for Lavender • Support Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners across the states where they practice • Sign required state-specific collaboration documents for onboarding Nurse Practitioners • Complete one quarterly chart review per NP • Deliver at least one virtual continuing education session annually • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements • Provide timely feedback and maintain documentation standards • Obtain and maintain additional state medical licenses as needed to support Lavender's growing practice

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry • Active, unrestricted medical license in Georgia • Reside in Georgia • Willingness and ability to obtain additional state medical licenses as needed • Previous experience collaborating with NPs is strongly preferred • Strong understanding of regulatory standards and collaborative practice requirements • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for documentation and communication • Professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to high standards of care • 1099 contract role
