📋 Description

• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations • Collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication management, therapy, or a combination of both • Proactively follow up with clients at least monthly to assess the efficacy of recommended interventions • Provide ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved • Provide various modalities of talk therapy in addition to medication management • Build a thriving, high-volume telepsychiatry practice • Manage a consistent full-time caseload within flexible operating hours

🎯 Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) • Active Pennsylvania Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license • ANCC Board Certification • DEA Certification • 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health • Strong psychiatric assessment and diagnostic skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ambitious, client-centered work ethic • Comfortable managing a full-time telepsychiatry caseload • Must have your own computer and a quiet, professional space for telepsychiatry appointments • Weekend availability • Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner License (Required) • ANCC Board Certification (Required) • DEA Certification (Required)
