📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Work as part of the One Medical Virtual Medical Team providing evidence-based virtual medical care in concert with primary care providers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in OR, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts; every other Saturday and Sunday required • Ability to work shifts ranging from 7am–6pm PST, 12pm–11pm PST, and 1pm–12am PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Openness to feedback and reflection • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
