📋 Description

• Manage a full patient panel for perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep through virtual care • Provide ongoing, relationship-based care across visits over months and years • Prescribe and independently manage HRT, including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone • Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management, including GLP-1 therapies • Make autonomous clinical decisions • Conduct efficient, high-volume visits while maintaining warmth and quality care • Complete documentation and follow-through • Meet productivity benchmarks • Use EHR, video, AI scribe tools, Slack, and clinical decision support platforms • Provide occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage to support patient access and business needs • Report to the Nurse Practitioner Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC • 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients • 3+ years independently prescribing and titating HRT • 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel, building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time • 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience • 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists • Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred) • Reliable high-speed internet access • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment • Ability to work occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage as required • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs • Certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine preferred
