📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles • Utilize specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses • 103 or 104 certification is strongly preferred; willingness to obtain required • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, with every other Saturday and/or Sunday required • Ability to work current shifts ranging from 6am–5pm, 7am–6pm, 11am–10pm, or 1pm–12am PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (One Medical participates in E-Verify)
