📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults and older adults • Conduct thorough 90-minute psychiatric diagnostic evaluations with Measurement-Based Care • Diagnose complex psychiatric conditions • Initiate and monitor psychopharmacological stabilization • Develop individualized treatment plans • Manage psychiatric disorders using psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and non-pharmacologic approaches • Maintain an active intake schedule with follow-up visits • Use measurement-based care tools • Identify patients appropriate for interventional psychiatry, including TMS/SAINT and Spravato, and initiate referrals • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations • Collaborate with Care Coordination and the clinical team in real time • Receive feedback, improve care, and engage in clinical consultation

🎯 Requirements

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing • Board certification as a PMHNP by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) • Active DEA registration • Current BLS certification • Active and unencumbered NP license and NP furnishing number in Arizona • Familiarity with Measurement-Based Care tools and interventional psychiatry modalities (TMS, esketamine/Spravato, accelerated neurostimulation) is highly preferred • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume intake environment with dynamic scheduling and tight care coordination workflows • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Must confirm no current or future sponsorship requirement
