Lavender aims to assist individuals on their mental health and wellness journey with board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, available seven days a week.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication, therapy, or a combination of both • Proactively follow up with clients at minimum on a monthly basis to assess the efficacy of recommended interventions and provide ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved • Provide various modalities of talk therapy alongside medication management as needed • Perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in Washington • Build a schedule within operating hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week

🎯 Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) • Active Washington, D.C. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License • ANCC Board Certification • Washington, D.C. DEA Certification • 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health • Strong assessment skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ambitious, client-centric work ethic • Must have own computer and a quiet, professional space for tele-psychiatry appointments • Must be comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy • Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week
