📋 Description

• Perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in Wisconsin • Conduct initial evaluations • Collaboratively develop treatment plans involving medication, therapy, or both • Proactively follow up with clients at least monthly • Assess efficacy of recommended interventions and ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved • Provide combined medication and therapy appointments • Provide various modalities of talk therapy • Build an individual schedule within Lavender’s operating hours • Collaborate with advanced practice nurses and the broader expert team

🎯 Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) • Active Wisconsin Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License • ANCC Board Certification • 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health • Strong assessment skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ambitious, client-centric work ethic • Must have own computer • Must have a quiet, professional space to take tele-psychiatry appointments • DEA Certification required • Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week • Availability within operating hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week • Weekend availability • Comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy • Eligible to work with clients based in Wisconsin
