📋 Description

• Work with clients looking to break into or grow within customer support roles • Teach core issue resolution, troubleshooting, and technical support skills • Help clients strengthen customer satisfaction and customer feedback analysis practices • Guide clients on applying emerging tools like AI fundamentals and AI automation to their support work • Offer resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance • Provide interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, and promotion strategy tailored to customer support roles • Partner with team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client

• Hands-on experience in customer support (as a support specialist, technical support engineer, or industry professional) • Strong track record of resolving issues and keeping customers satisfied • Clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth
