📋 Description

• Carry a full patient panel managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep virtually • Provide ongoing, relationship-based care over months and years • Prescribe and independently manage HRT, including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone • Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management, including GLP-1 therapies • Make autonomous clinical decisions • Conduct efficient, high-volume visits while maintaining patient warmth • Complete documentation and follow-through • Meet productivity benchmarks • Provide occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage as needed • Report to the Nurse Practitioner Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC • 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients • 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT • 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel and making autonomous clinical decisions • 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience • 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists • Multiple active state licenses • DEA preferred • Reliable high-speed internet access • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs • Certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine preferred
