📋 Description

• Provide concierge-level clinical care to Function/Ezra members • Asynchronously review members’ medical histories and conduct telehealth consultations • Review and generate medical orders for members’ studies • Review imaging studies and prepare reports explaining results and actionable next steps • Help conduct clinical research and write research papers • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for existing and upcoming products • Stay current with clinical standards and research and apply evidence-based practices to clinical care

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate in Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP/FNP) • Active board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), adult medicine • Minimum of 3 years of advanced nurse practitioner clinical experience, preference for independent practice • Licensed in at least 10 states (NY, CA, FL required and TX preferred) • Experience working with patients both synchronously and asynchronously in a telehealth environment • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics, particularly imaging • Quiet work environment/office space with high-speed internet connectivity • Knowledge of and comfort with telehealth platforms and applications such as Zoom and Slack • Compassionate, personable, patient-centric, team-oriented, mission-driven, flexible attitude • Commitment to evidence-based clinical care and staying current with clinical standards and research
