📋 Description

• Co-manage program content trackers by setting deadlines, assigning ownership, and moving content through creation and approval • Test, edit, and approve participant emails and texts with the Senior Chase Manager • Prepare agendas, track work in progress, and support content kickoffs and team syncs • Organize and maintain content resources across Notion and other program systems • Manage program FAQs and coordinate approvals for new answers • Coordinate guidance, tools, and resources for the Organizing Copywriter and Visual Content Designer • Observe live program events and monitor staff and participant feedback • Improve existing content and identify useful new assets • Use Notion, Canva, Google Workspace, and Slack to collaborate and execute work on time • Take on additional responsibilities as program needs change

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of project management experience, ideally in organizing, advocacy, campaigns, nonprofits, or another mission-driven setting • Ability to keep complex projects on track, collaborate across teams, communicate clearly, and maintain alignment • Strong writing and editing skills, including refining copy for different audiences and contexts • Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments and juggle multiple projects on deadline • Comfort with Notion, Canva, Google Workspace, and Slack, or ability to learn them quickly • Access to a computer and reliable internet • Link to 2–3 samples of writing or project work as part of the application
