📋 Description

• Manage customer, vendor, and partner contracts throughout the contract lifecycle • Coordinate contract reviews, approvals, execution, and renewals • Support active litigation matters and serve as the liaison with outside counsel • Maintain legal files, corporate records, and contract repositories • Track legal deadlines, compliance requirements, and risk-related activities • Assist with subpoenas, audits, legal requests, and document production • Prepare reports and summaries for leadership on legal matters • Ensure contracts are managed efficiently and accurately • Organize, track, and proactively coordinate legal matters • Effectively manage outside counsel relationships • Provide leadership with clear visibility into legal risks and obligations • Keep legal and compliance documentation current and audit-ready

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of paralegal, legal operations, contracts administration, or related experience • Experience with contract management and litigation support • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills • Healthcare, RCM, or technology industry experience preferred • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA • No Contractors, No C2C, No Visa Sponsorship • No recruiting agencies • Flexible working hours may be required based on business
