📋 Description

• Conduct biopsychosocial and ASAM assessments • Develop and update individualized treatment plans with clients and the treatment team • Provide individual therapy and facilitate virtual psychoeducational and process groups • Use evidence-based, trauma-informed, and strength-based approaches • Educate clients about substance use disorders, relapse prevention, and recovery strategies • Monitor client progress and make level-of-care recommendations • Coordinate care and make referrals for additional services • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team and participate in weekly treatment-team meetings • Follow telehealth safety, confidentiality, and emergency-response procedures • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field • Current Tennessee licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred • Experience in substance use treatment or group facilitation preferred • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills • Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative virtual team • Reliable internet and a private workspace suitable for telehealth services • Availability for an assigned morning or evening schedule
