📋 Description

• Partner with clients to understand strategic goals, business drivers, and desired outcomes • Craft customized adoption plans aligned with client objectives • Lead the design and implementation of tailored solutions • Ensure timely execution and overcome potential constraints • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for diverse user groups • Simplify complex technical concepts for varying levels of expertise • Serve as a subject matter expert on product functionality, industry best practices, and customer behaviors • Collaborate with Project Management, Customer Success, Service and Support, and Product Development teams • Resolve complex issues and influence product roadmap decisions • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve Technical Consulting Team efficiency • Create and maintain documentation on product and procedural best practices • Use AI tools to accelerate recurring work, qualify client use-cases to product offerings, manage the client book, and prepare documentation • Drive successful implementations, product adoption, feature utilization, and customer outcomes for Juniper Square’s investment management platform

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with clients within the investment management industry • Proven ability to lead client-facing meetings and presentations, including executive-level audiences • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) productively for day-to-day work: delegating recurring tasks, iterating through multi-turn prompts, and critically evaluating output • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a collaborative team environment • Willingness to travel nationally up to 10% as needed • Technical experience in working with API implementations is a plus • Previous consulting experience helping customers achieve outcomes in a technical manner • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
