📋 Description

• Own the contract workflow roadmap and ship against it in the first few weeks • Rapidly understand customer and prospect problems through direct conversations • Form an independent view of customer jobs to be done • Take ownership of AI review, including evals, flows, failure modes, and agentic systems • Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM to build enjoyable products • Measure product outcomes and their impact on revenue • Iterate or pivot based on results • Report to Keith Reid, Head of Product • Improve contracting so customers find Juro more delightful and use it instead of Word

🎯 Requirements

• Experience entering unfamiliar domains and making judgment calls within weeks, ideally more than once • Experience owning complex, multi-quarter products from discovery through launch and iteration • Accountability for product delivery when timelines slip • Experience collaborating closely with GTM and engineering through launches • Understanding of evals and agentic loops • Ability to run customer and prospect discovery independently • Ability to synthesize qualitative input into clear product direction • Demonstrated initiative building and shipping ideas quickly • Ability to investigate system behavior, diagnose poor-performing flows, and work with engineers on improvements • Hands-on product management experience; people-management experience is not the focus • Agentic system production-quality ownership is a bonus • Legal tech or contracting experience is a bonus
