β’ Support commercial leadership with purchase orders, product replenishment, vendor communication, and order tracking β’ Maintain accurate retail menus and e-commerce product listings, including pricing, discounts, descriptions, images, strain information, potency details, and availability β’ Assist with promotional setup and execution, including discounts, menu updates, product tagging, promotional calendars, and Retail team communications β’ Receive and verify deliveries, products, quantities, documentation, invoices, manifests, and system entries for accuracy and compliance β’ Resolve discrepancies with Inventory and Retail teams related to received goods, availability, pricing, and menu visibility β’ Monitor inventory levels, sales velocity, and product performance to support replenishment and identify out-of-stock or overstock risks β’ Prepare recurring reports on sales, inventory, promotions, receiving activity, menu accuracy, and vendor performance β’ Maintain records of purchase orders, delivery paperwork, vendor programs, promotional approvals, pricing updates, and product performance metrics β’ Follow up with vendors on order confirmations, delivery timing, substitutions, pricing questions, and missing documentation β’ Support Buying and Commercial Operations leadership with analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks β’ Collaborate with Retail Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Accounting, Distribution, and vendors β’ Ensure product, pricing, promotional, and receiving activity aligns with internal controls, company standards, and regulatory requirements β’ Identify process improvements for menu maintenance, receiving workflows, promotional communication, and reporting accuracy β’ Travel up to 25% within Massachusetts β’ Perform additional duties as assigned
β’ High school diploma or equivalent required β’ 1β2 years of experience in retail, purchasing, inventory, merchandising, receiving, data entry, or administrative support preferred β’ Cannabis, CPG, retail, or regulated industry experience is a plus β’ Strong attention to detail for accurate product, pricing, promotional, receiving, and reporting information β’ Comfort with inventory, point-of-sale, e-commerce, purchasing, and reporting systems β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word β’ Experience with cannabis industry software is a plus β’ Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus β’ Excellent organizational, communication, follow-up, and time-management skills β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across departments β’ Up to 25% travel within Massachusetts
