📋 Description
• Provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation • Comply with ethical, legal, and insurance documentation standards • Coordinate scheduling preferences with the front desk as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Active, unrestricted Arizona license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) • Eligible and willing to be credentialed with major insurance plans • Telehealth experience preferred • Strong documentation and time-management skills • Reliable internet, private workspace, and computer
