📋 Description

• Design and deploy real-time courier pay and boost algorithms balancing supply with delivery demand • Build constrained optimization and machine learning models to maximize spend efficiency and earnings fairness • Lead causal inference and experimentation frameworks, including switchback and geo testing • Partner with Product and Tech to translate marketplace goals into scalable, low-latency production services • Monitor live model health, triage performance drift, and establish production fail-safes • Mentor peers through code reviews and technical guidance • Develop high-impact, real-time pricing solutions for couriers and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience developing machine learning models, dynamic pricing algorithms, or constrained optimization systems • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL • Experience shipping reliable models into production environments • Practical knowledge of causal inference and marketplace experimentation, including A/B and switchback test designs • Commitment to designing fair, transparent algorithmic incentives • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to leverage AI agents to accelerate data analysis, coding, code reviews, and technical workflows • Preferred: experience deploying and maintaining models in low-latency, real-time streaming architectures • Preferred: background in on-demand logistics, ride-hailing, food delivery marketplaces, or algorithmic revenue management • Preferred: familiarity with Kafka, Google BigQuery, AWS S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, or modern ML tracking platforms • Preferred: experience with GPS traces, spatial indexing such as H3 or S2, and fine-grained time-series forecasting
