📋 Description
• Start your agency by offering a diverse selection of destinations and customized travel packages tailored to your clients' expectations, needs, and budget • Manage flights, accommodation, transportation, and activities requested by clients • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the travel experience • Stay up to date with developments and changes in the travel industry • Ensure client satisfaction by working collaboratively with suppliers
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in sales or the travel industry (PLUS) • General knowledge of tourist destinations and reservation systems (PLUS) • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Familiarity with digital tools (PLUS) • Basic English knowledge (desirable)
