âą Bachelors degree and five years experience preferred âą Proven experience in selling and sales management âą Experience working in a team environment preferably with a small to medium size company âą Proven experience managing current customers and engaging new customers âą Demonstrated results meeting performance metrics and leadership in project management âą Must be able to navigate as needed all work areas including but not limited to customer sites, office and manufacturing plant âą Must be able to travel approximately 60-70% âą Located in the Western US
