📋 Description

• Lead data management and analysis for Environmental, Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Quality goals. • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. • Drive and deliver continuous improvement programs. • Manage cross-functional projects to enhance workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and product/service quality. • Report directly to the Sr. Director, EHS & Quality.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and years of relevant experience. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting. • 3-5 years of EHS experience in project management or similar role. • Proven experience managing and visualizing datasets for EHS, ESG, or Quality systems. • Strong coding experience in Python, R, or SQL (automation and data cleaning). • Expertise in Power BI (preferred) or similar visualization platforms (Tableau, Qlik). • Experience with ESG frameworks and metrics (GRI, SASB, CDP, SBTi).
