📋 Description

• Lead ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement of Workday HCM solutions for global clients • Deliver expert configuration and support in Workday Talent and Learning • Act as a primary client contact and trusted advisor • Build client relationships and provide strategic advice • Advise on dependencies, cross-stream implications, and maintenance concerns • Own configuration of complex initiatives and guide clients through testing • Mentor junior consultants and promote team capability development • Manage competing priorities across multiple clients • Communicate proactively about completion dates and blockers • Suggest improvements to Workday configuration and user experience • Learn about upcoming changes related to Sana for Learning

🎯 Requirements

• Workday certification and/or significant hands-on experience configuring Talent and Learning, or related experience in another system such as SuccessFactors • Solid understanding of related Workday functional areas beyond the core specialty • Proven success in a client-facing consulting role or client-side HRIS team • Strong customer engagement and communication skills • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders • Commercial awareness and understanding of consulting project dynamics • Ability to manage service delivery risk • Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and strategic discussions
