📋 Description

• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for global customers • Gather and transform customer organizational and employee data before loading it into Workday tenants • Build customer relationships and understand data needs • Lead delivery of data solutions aligned with customer needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable • Work closely with functional team leads and stakeholders to keep implementations flowing • Lead the data workstream on implementations • Support education and growth in Workday Data Consulting within the Kainos Workday practice • Support the sales process, including estimates for delivery work packages • Improve tools and processes supporting the practice • Rotate through Consulting and Application Management Services

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience in data analysis, manipulation, reporting and formatting • Excellent knowledge of Excel • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in large data sets • Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations • Strong communication skills, including communicating in a remote working situation • Ability to formally present to senior Client audiences • Broad business and technology understanding and awareness of industry trends • Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure • Ability to widen and maintain a network of external contacts • Strong consulting skills, including presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining complex functionality or solutions • Able to become an acknowledged subject matter expert, such as Workday Product Lead • Willing and able to support the sales process, including producing estimates for delivery work packages • Able to implement improvements in tools and/or processes • Commercial understanding of utilization within a services organization and the importance of these targets • Able to rotate through Workday delivery services, specifically Consulting and Application Management Services • Able, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region • Workday HCM or Financials Certified (desirable) • Understanding of data formatting characteristics across jurisdictions and countries (desirable)
