• Native Ukrainian speaker with fluent English. • No prior experience required. • Strong understanding of medical or community-related terminology is a plus. • High school diploma or higher. • Excellent listening, memory, note-taking, and communication skills. • High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and professional conduct. • Ability to deliver accurate consecutive interpretation with clarity and consistency. • Adherence to interpreter ethics, professional standards, and confidentiality. • Strong time-management skills and ability to work within structured schedules. • Ability to adapt to different industries, clients, and call types. • Reliability, stability, and commitment to providing high-quality service. • Internet Dedicated, secure, high-speed connection.
