📋 Description

• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion projects, from requirements gathering and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and finance users • Provide functional and technical expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials and Supply Chain modules • Write functional and technical specifications for customizations, extensions, and integrations • Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Fusion functional and technical issues • Assist finance teams with month-end close processes and provide ongoing support • Create and maintain end-user training documents, videos, and other materials • Lead and guide teams in quarterly patch testing • Work directly with Oracle product support to log and track service requests • Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance or related field • 8+ years’ experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, with a strong focus on the Financials and Supply Chain domains • Deep understanding of Financial Accounting, Accounting Processes, and Manufacturing Processes • Expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing Oracle Fusion modules • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and functional teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to write clear and concise functional and technical specifications • Experience creating and delivering end-user training • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Self-motivated and proactive • Ability to work independently, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges • Oracle Fusion Cloud certification(s) preferred • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) preferred • Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
