• Lead the daily operations of Payments Operations, ensuring continuity, stability, and correct execution of critical processes. • Coordinate the operational capabilities of the unit, including Treasury Operations, Payins & Settlement Operations, Operational Efficiency, and Operational Execution. • Ensure operational coverage by assigning owners, backups, and continuity mechanisms. • Oversee compliance with procedures, internal controls, and service agreements. • Manage the team’s operational performance through KPIs, result tracking, and improvement plans. • Lead, coach, and develop the team under your responsibility. • Organize operational routines, weekly performance reviews, and operational governance mechanisms. • Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, collaboration, and results orientation. • Lead the management and escalation of critical operational incidents.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Systems Engineering, or related fields. • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations, banking, fintech, or transactional industries. • Minimum 3 years leading operational teams. • Experience managing KPIs, operational capacity, coverage, and service continuity. • Experience managing operational incidents and end-to-end transactional processes. • Advanced knowledge of payments operations and financial transactions. • Advanced knowledge of operational process management and metrics. • Experience coordinating with teams such as Product, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Commercial, and Operations.
• A key role to strengthen the payments operation of a B2B SaaS fintech undergoing regional expansion. • Exposure to critical payments processes, treasury, payins, settlement, operational continuity, and continuous improvement. • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Commercial, and Operations teams. • A dynamic, collaborative environment focused on efficiency, automation, and operational excellence. • Opportunity to lead an operations team and contribute directly to Kashio’s regional scalability.
