📋 Description

• Track and oversee programs' closeout progress within the scope of cost control • Partner with Program Control Analysts to finalize closeout actions • Maintain contract files in accordance with contract retention policies and regulations • Update required databases, spreadsheets, and systems related to contract closeout actions • Partner with shared services AR to process interim invoices • Partner with shared services AP to process subcontractor invoices • Receive and process requests to de-obligate excess funding • Verify allowable costs • Review costs past POP as trailing costs • Research multiple systems for reporting accuracy • Analyze costs on hold • Identify cost overruns and initiate requests for additional funds • Analyze earned fee versus invoiced amounts • Analyze unbilled costs and fees • Conduct de-obligation of funds by CLIN/SLIN/ACRN • Partner with Operations, Contracts, Subcontracts, Compliance, and Billing

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project planning and controls • Bachelor's degree • Accounting experience (preferred) • Experience with government billing and collections (preferred) • Familiarity with legacy ERP systems (preferred) • Minimal travel requirement of 0–20%
