📋 Description

• Join CACI’s Financial Management Business Transformation Interface and Data Conversion Team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs • Support implementation of financial system interfaces and migration of legacy data to Momentum Financials • Lead requirements elicitation from end-users for interface, data conversion, and data cleanse activities • Conduct design reviews, establish acceptance criteria, understand business processes, and create process maps • Provide functional support and document requirements, detailed design specifications, data conversion and cleanse plans, interface control documents, and user stories • Analyze legacy and target system data and conduct reconciliation activities • Coordinate development efforts to ensure interface and data conversion decisions align with requirements, expectations, and regulations • Work with programmers, database administrators, and other technical specialists • Collaborate with interface and business analysts to understand organizational processes and legacy data • Develop expertise in COTS tools, Federal financial management processes, and ERP implementation best practices • Develop test scenarios and documentation and perform validation testing • Monitor, track, and troubleshoot application operations and data and work with technical teams to resolve issues • Develop training materials and train end users • Implement quality assurance standards, validation and verification processes, and software development best practices • Seek and implement process improvement initiatives • May manage and mentor junior resources

🎯 Requirements

• US citizenship is required • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 5 years of relevant experience; additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education • Must have the ability to pass a Tier 2 MBI background investigation • Experience supporting the development of interfaces and/or a large-scale data conversion • Experience working with the Momentum Financials front-end and database • Experience working as a business systems/interface analyst • Experience working with Momentum Financials or similar COTS financial ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle • Strong analytical skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to work independently and with a team to solve problems • Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines • Flexibility to work the hours needed to meet tight deadlines • Understanding of Agile methodologies is desired • Ability to write and execute SQL statements is desired
