📋 Description

• Support and maintain the Workday Human Resource Management System and other HR-related systems • Serve as technical point of contact for assigned functional areas • Ensure data integrity, test system changes, write reports, and analyze data flows for process improvement • Facilitate and lead HRIS-based projects aligned with HR goals and project plans • Translate business objectives and user needs into functional requirements • Partner with the business on design, building, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and release upgrades • Act as subject matter expert and provide functional support for assigned Workday modules • Research new system functionality, trends, and HR best practices • Document and maintain system procedures, user guides, and system updates • Partner with Benefits, Talent, Payroll, Learning, Finance, and other subject matter experts to optimize processes and reduce manual effort • Lead and participate in requirements-gathering sessions with functional experts, IT, and users • Produce business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, data definition documents, decision trees, logic diagrams, requirements documents, and user experience flows • Monitor the Workday community for bugs, fixes, and enhancements • Review tasks and refine processes in conjunction with the HRIS roadmap and leadership • Achieve project milestones, support effective change implementation, manage Workday releases, and resolve conflicts and obstacles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in HRIS administration and configuration experience or similar role • 5+ years of experience with reporting tools • 3+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional environment • Working knowledge of HR systems and processes and experience implementing HR solutions • Familiarity with employee lifecycle transactions, including new hire onboarding, leaves, employee benefits, and terminations • Strong knowledge of HRIS database design, structure, functions, and processes • Experience with database tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management ability • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in HR, HRIS, or closely related fields • Ability to gather and interpret data and improve HRIS processes • Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently, prioritize activities, and self-manage time • Ability to teach, provide expertise, collaborate, offer technical support, and train colleagues • Ability to move up to 10 pounds occasionally • Ability to sit for long periods while using office equipment • Close visual acuity for detail-oriented data analysis, computer use, and reading • Must comply with drug-free workplace requirements
