📋 Description

• Lead network architecture and engineering requirements and ensure all requirements are met • Manage cross-functional teams across various tactical environments • Own architectural and other requirements and lead prototype development to meet mission objectives and partner needs • Lead technical evaluations and translate outcomes to meet mission partner needs • Conduct assessments of network operations, architecture, and capabilities to identify gaps, blind spots, and emerging operational risks • Recommend and lead mitigation strategies in collaboration with the customer • Lead working groups, action/technical teams, interface needs, cyber needs, architectural, cloud, node, interface, connectivity, and other areas as needed or directed by the customer • Support the ABMS Program Office as an architect and engineering leader across Digital Infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics • Minimum 10 years of experience in cyber, cloud, tactical environments • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, systems, and stakeholders • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills • Active TS/SCI with SAP eligibility • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and documentation (desired) • Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams (desired) • Ability to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency (desired) • Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a government or defense setting (desired) • Master’s degree in Cyberspace Operations (desired)
