🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications; or 1-3 years of equivalent experience in professional sales with proven sales results. • Effective communication skills including the ability to negotiate, active listening, and rapport-building. • Ability to learn complex technical solutions and communicate business value. • Familiarity with CRM systems, social media, and sales tools. • Must have goal-oriented mindset, be innovative and challenge conventional approaches. • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment, and willingness to adapt. • Believe motivation and technical skills are essential. • Believe that extraordinary effort produces extraordinary results. • Want to build a career—not just have a job. • Innate desire and strong interest in prospecting and building a book of business. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build something. • Creative prospecting skills across digital, social, networking, and traditional channels. • Highly organized with disciplined follow-through. • Comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability.
