📋 Description

• Independently identify operational challenges, analyze data, manage improvement projects, and develop scalable solutions for the Implementation organization • Translate complex business needs into clear processes, documentation, training, and measurable improvements • Analyze and validate data from Salesforce, Tableau, and other sources to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and operational insights • Build reports and analyses that support Implementation leadership’s decision-making and provide actionable recommendations • Identify and manage operational improvement opportunities and strategic initiatives from problem identification through delivery • Gather requirements, develop solutions, manage risks and dependencies, resolve blockers, and measure project outcomes • Maintain project documentation, status updates, and visibility through Jira and other project management tools • Develop understanding of Keeper’s product suite and Implementation processes to identify opportunities for improvement • Evaluate and improve processes through tools, automation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration • Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate solutions, and validate delivered solutions • Create documentation, process guidance, and supporting resources • Design and deliver training for new processes, tools, and operational changes, including follow-up to support adoption • Communicate with team members, cross-functional partners, and leadership • Identify risks, blockers, and opportunities and determine when escalation is appropriate • Participate in special projects and continuously evaluate operational efficiency and results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience • 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, implementation, project management, business analysis, or a related role • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, including the ability to build, analyze, and validate reports • Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions • Experience managing projects from problem identification through delivery • Strong organizational skills, execution, and follow-through across multiple concurrent initiatives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience facilitating cross-functional discussions, driving alignment, and managing risks or escalations • Experience creating process documentation, training materials, and operational resources • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau or similar business intelligence tools • Strong computer skills; Google Workspace or Microsoft Office experience strongly preferred • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Ability to work effectively autonomously and as part of a team • Preferred: experience supporting SaaS implementations, customer onboarding, or professional services • Preferred: experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, technology, or enterprise software • Preferred: experience with process improvement, automation, or operational efficiency initiatives • Preferred: experience working with Jira or other project management tools • Preferred: familiarity with change management and process adoption
