📋 Description

• Digitize Statement of Work (SOW) agreements into Vendor Management Systems (VMS) • Support supplier onboarding strategies and handle escalations • Facilitate and oversee the entire SOW engagement lifecycle within VMS, including creating requests, processing change orders, monitoring payments, and onboarding/offboarding suppliers and workers • Translate service requirements into digital Statements of Work within client VMS platforms • Source new suppliers to support program needs • Consult with managers and client stakeholders on talent engagement paths, buying channels, and compliance • Build and manage relationships among suppliers, client managers, procurement, and other stakeholders • Facilitate requirements gathering during client discovery sessions • Administer end-to-end Statement of Work lifecycle management • Train operations teams on product standards, enhancements, and process improvements • Support supplier performance management and scorecard initiatives • Deliver analytics, reporting, and program metrics • Produce standard and ad hoc reports from Vendor Management System platforms • Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • BA/BS or equivalent experience in Procurement, Technical, or related Business fields preferred • 3 to 5 years of experience in Procurement or Operations, specifically in processing Statements of Work • Prior experience with VMS tools, such as SAP Fieldglass • Skilled at building professional relationships with clients and suppliers • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments with attention to detail • Adaptability to changing environments and requirements • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently • Strong time management skills • Proficiency with PC and internet tools, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications
