📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and drive hiring outcomes • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, operations, and professional-level requisitions • Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines • Lead intake meetings and recruiting calibration discussions with hiring managers • Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams • Provide market intelligence, recruiting insights, and candidate feedback to hiring managers and stakeholders • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Manage offer processes and support negotiations within established compensation guidelines • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within applicant tracking systems • Collaborate with recruiting teammates and stakeholders to meet hiring goals • Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining service level expectations and recruitment metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, independently managing requisitions from intake through offer • Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, operations, industrial, agricultural, or related environments strongly preferred • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced recruiting environment • Strong sourcing skills and success identifying and engaging passive candidates • Hiring manager, stakeholder, and candidate relationship management skills • Experience leading intake meetings and influencing recruiting strategy discussions • Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams • Ability to recruit for hard-to-fill and high-visibility positions • Ability to provide market insights and talent recommendations to hiring leaders
