📋 Description

• Provide complete design, stock listing, and hydraulic calculations for industrial/manufacturing-focused fire protection pursuits • Collaborate with the pre-construction team during bid pursuits • Provide hydraulic calculations and layout assistance for pre-construction • Manage design on multiple large industrial fire protection projects • Work with the engineering team to obtain permitting and design approval • Manage a fast-paced design environment on large projects • Provide 3D BIM models • Attend BIM coordination meetings • Maintain high standards of workmanship and professional representation and responsiveness for prospects and customers • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• NICET Certification required • 10 years’ experience in the fire protection field • Strong ability to read and understand building plans and blueprints • Excellent administrative and organizational skills • Expert communication, writing, and documentation abilities • Strong leadership qualities • Elite time management skills • Strong collaboration skills • Deadline and detail-oriented • NICET Level III certification preferred • Must have valid Driver's License with clean record • Proficient with HydraCAD, AutoSprink, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel, and HASS
