📋 Description

• Handle warm inbound leads from people seeking life insurance coverage • Conduct client conversations about life insurance products • Handle objections honestly • Build and manage an individual book of business • Participate in remote onboarding, training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching • Never cold call

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level role; no insurance background required • U.S. citizen or legal resident • Background check clearance • Licensed for Life & Health insurance, or willing to become licensed • Ability to work from anywhere in the U.S. • Willingness to participate in occasional in-person touchpoints for Springfield-area candidates
