📋 Description

• Pull up and work a queue of inbound life-insurance leads • Call or Zoom with prospective clients who requested information • Discuss family size, budget, and existing coverage • Help clients choose an appropriate life-insurance policy • Complete approximately five to fifteen client conversations per day • Use the training portal to develop product knowledge • Consult with a mentor when client conversations become challenging • Complete structured onboarding covering product basics, objection handling, and client conversations

🎯 Requirements

• No degree required • No prior industry or insurance background required • Must live in the U.S. • U.S. citizen or legal resident • Able to pass a background check • Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one • Comfortable talking to people on the phone every day • Able to follow a system and show up consistently • Coachable and willing to apply feedback
