📋 Description

• Log into the company system and work a queue of inbound life insurance leads • Call or meet prospects via Zoom • Review prospects’ family size, budget, and existing coverage • Help prospects choose an appropriate life insurance policy • Complete approximately five to fifteen conversations per day • Use the training portal to improve product knowledge • Consult with a mentor when client conversations become difficult • Follow the sales system and consistently work assigned leads

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in the U.S. • U.S. citizen or legal resident • Able to pass a background check • Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one • Comfortable talking to people on the phone every day • Coachable and willing to apply feedback • Consistent attendance and willingness to work the lead queue • No degree required • No prior insurance industry experience required
