📋 Description

• Log into the system and pull up a queue of inbound leads • Call or Zoom with prospective life insurance customers • Understand customers’ family size, budget, and existing coverage • Help customers choose an appropriate life insurance policy • Work assigned leads consistently • Complete product and sales training • Consult with a mentor on challenging conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in the U.S. • U.S. citizen or legal resident • Able to pass a background check • Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one • Comfortable talking to people on the phone every day • Coachable and willing to apply feedback • Consistent attendance and work ethic
