📋 Description

• Log into the system and work a queue of inbound life-insurance leads • Call or meet leads via Zoom to discuss family size, budget, and existing coverage • Help clients choose suitable life-insurance policies • Complete approximately five to fifteen client conversations per day • Complete product-knowledge and sales training in the training portal • Seek mentor guidance for challenging conversations • Handle client conversations from start to finish

🎯 Requirements

• No degree required • No prior insurance industry experience required • Must live in the U.S. • U.S. citizen or legal resident • Able to pass a background check • Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one • Comfortable talking to people on the phone every day • Coachable and willing to apply feedback • Consistent attendance and work habits
