📋 Description

• Log into the system and work a queue of inbound life-insurance leads • Call or Zoom with prospective customers who requested information • Review customers' family size, budget, and existing coverage • Help customers select an appropriate life-insurance policy from products offered through 60+ carrier partners • Complete approximately five to fifteen customer conversations per day • Use the training portal to develop product knowledge • Consult with a mentor when client conversations become challenging

🎯 Requirements

• No degree required • No prior insurance industry experience required • Must live in the U.S. • U.S. citizen or legal resident • Able to pass a background check • Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one • Comfortable talking to people on the phone every day • Able to follow a system and show up consistently • Coachable and willing to apply feedback
