📋 Description

• Complete structured training on life insurance products and client conversations • Participate in supervised live calls with a mentor • Handle warm inbound and outbound leads from people who requested life insurance information • Conduct client conversations by phone and Zoom • Match clients with appropriate coverage using access to 60+ carrier partners • Address client objections and questions • Develop an independent workload after onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• U.S.-based residency • Ability to pass a background check • Life & Health insurance license, or genuine openness to obtaining one through the program • No prior insurance experience required • Ability to learn and show up consistently
