📋 Description

• Complete structured training on life insurance products, client conversations, objections, and questions • Participate in supervised live calls with a mentor • Work warm inbound or outbound leads from people who requested life insurance information • Conduct client conversations by phone and Zoom • Match clients to appropriate coverage using access to 60+ carrier partners • Handle the independent workload after training • Earn commissions based on sales and qualify for production-based incentives

🎯 Requirements

• No prior insurance experience required • U.S.-based residency • Ability to pass a background check • Life & Health insurance license, or genuine openness to obtaining one through the program • Willingness to learn and show up consistently • Ability to work with warm life insurance leads by phone and Zoom
