📋 Description

• Complete structured training covering life insurance products, client conversations, objections, and questions • Participate in supervised live calls with a mentor • Handle warm inbound or outbound leads from people who requested information about life insurance • Speak with clients by phone and Zoom • Match clients with appropriate coverage using access to 60+ carrier partners • Work independently after onboarding • Achieve production benchmarks for performance-based incentives

🎯 Requirements

• U.S.-based residency • Ability to pass a background check • A Life & Health insurance license, or genuine openness to obtaining one through the program • No prior insurance experience required • Ability and willingness to learn and show up consistently
